Return Policy

Returns and exchanges for items purchased at MiloBebe.com must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition to be eligible and still have the original tags and packaging. In cases of manufacturing defects, please clearly specify this in the email and provide photos.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@milobebe.com within 30 days of purchase. In the subject line, please type "Return Request" or "Exchange Request." In the body of the email, please Include you name, order number, reason for returning or exchanging the product.

We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#), paid postage and further instructions to complete your return or exchangePlease note the RA# on the outside of the package. Then send the item(s) back to us using the provided paid postage.  Please note we are not responsible for goods lost in transit.

Refund Policy

Items purchased from MiloBebe.com may be returned for a refund to the original payment form, when the Returns Policy is followed (see above). Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement once the item has been sent

Merchandise sold as “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

Exchange Policy

Items purchased from MiloBebe.com may be returned for an exchange when the Returns Policy is followed (see above). Upon receipt and inspection, Milo Bebe will notify you of your exchange and when a new product will be shipped out. Shipping charges will apply for the newly selected product. 

Returns Due to Manufacturing Defect

We at Milo Bebe strive to create the highest quality products. At every turn, we do our very best to ensure that our products exceed expectations and we apologize that we may not have met your or our expectations.

Please follow the Returns Policy set out above for the procedure. 

All will be forwarded to our product manager for examination and documentation and upon review we will reply with a possible replacement approval. 

Promotional Item Policy

If applicable, promotional items received with the purchase of the product being returned for a refund must also be returned in new, unworn/unwashed condition. If not included with your return, we will simply subtract the promo item’s value from your refund. In most cases, promotional items received with the purchase of a product being exchanged can be kept, but we will let you know for sure once you contact us.

International Returns

We cannot offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order online for your desired product. We will send an e-store credit upon receipt of the merchandise minus any import tariffs, duties, and taxes. International returns are subject to applicable duty and tax charges in accordance with law. Additionally, we cannot refund the original international shipping charges, duties, taxes, or any other charges incurred.

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than Bebeaulait.com

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
