All Milo Bebe orders over $50USD qualify for FREE standard shipping to the U.S. and Canada.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept orders from or ship orders to customers who reside outside of the U.S. and Canada.
PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIMES
Milo Bebe orders are processed, packaged and shipped out from our warehoUse in Toronto, Canada. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship packages on weekends and major holidays.
We offer a variety of shipping options to help you get your package on time. Average processing and shipping times are below.
- Standard Shipping: 2 Days Order Processing + 5-7 Business Days Shipping ($7.00)
- Express Shipping: 1 Day Order Processing + 2-3 Business Days Shipping ($17.00)
Processing times may be longer during high volume periods, such as around a holiday or during a large sale event. Expedited orders receive priority processing. If your shipment requires special attention, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate your special requests. Please contact us with your needs and, if applicable, your order number at info@milobebe.com.
TRACKING AND ORDER STATUS
We automatically send you the order tracking information via email right after we process the order and pack it. Please contact Milo Bebe at info@milobebe.com with any additional questions regarding your shipment. Kindly have your order number ready, if applicable.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Your shipping cost does not include duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Some countries will also require a local handing fee. Your local authorities will invoice you separately for these items, when applicable, and once the package has reached the destination country. We urge you to check with your local authorities regarding additional fees for international imports prior to placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Returned packages, because of unpaid fees or failure to collect, are subject to return shipping & restocking fees.
DELIVERY
Please be informed that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. - In event of the address was incorrectly submitted when the order is placed, Milo Bebe is not responsible. However, we will assist our customer to have them delivered to the recipient best of our ability but we can not guarantee that it can be successfully delivered without the correct address.
ADJUSTING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Changing an order can be accomplished as long as the order is still in processing and has not been fully processed and/or shipped out. Once the order has been processed and/or shipped out, we are unable to make changes to the order. Upon an order being placed, we are unable to add additional products to the order.
